Dog Beach of Hollywood Update

Take Control of YOUR Dog Beach!

DBOH will hold a general meeting on Thursday August 9th at 7:30 pm at the Hollywood Beach Culture & Community Center, located at 1301 S. Ocean Drive, Hollywood, 33019. This will be the only meeting held prior to the opening of our trial run.

We need a large turnout of all our supporters at this meeting. The future success of DBOH is going to depend upon an active committed group of volunteers. Even if you can give only an hour or two a week of your time, we need your help.

The purpose of this meeting is:

1) to augment our Board of Directors
2) to determine the makeup of volunteer committees
3) to organize a beach cleanup prior to our opening and again during the trial run
4) to discuss and determine our plans after the trial run
5) to establish a director of fundraising and discuss future plans for funding
6) to discuss other DBOH projects and concerns
