Beach of Hollywood Update IT'S UP TO YOU NOW
The response to my request for speakers at the Commission meeting in favor of the trial dog beach has been less than overwhelming. I'll repeat the details below and then leave it in your hands. The meeting is at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday July 18th at City Hall, 2600 Hollywood Blvd. Please be there early to collect a t-shirt. We need people to speak in favor of the dog beach trial run. It can be as simple as "My name is ---- and I support the trial run". If you wish, you can say more about why this would be a benefit to you and/or the community. We also need a few people to read letters into the record, so if you are uncomfortable with a speech, this may be easier. Again, if you are interested in speaking on our behalf, please give me a call at home and we can go over the details: (954)920-5209. Finally, please go to our website at www.dboh.org . Print out the flyer that advertises the meeting and distribute. If you're not attending, please try to find someone to represent you.
