Beach of Hollywood Update Just a quick update-we're still working with the City, and obviously we did not make it onto the May 2nd City Commission agenda. I would like to have our proposal be on it for May 16th, but the pace at which things are happening on the City's side is somewhat less than swift. We've had a great response to our request for donations. Popkin. We've received over $900 in donations in the past 11 days! That puts us almost at the halfway point of what we estimated to cover the pilot program and associated costs. I would prefer to avoid the time-consuming fundraisers, so if you haven't thrown a few bucks our way, please go to our website and help us out. Our opposition is not significant in terms of numbers, but they are quite vocal and we shouldn't slack off now.
