Dog Beach Support Clarification

As of today I have received almost 30 emails that have also been sent to the Mayor, Assistant City Manager, and Commissioner(s). There seems to be a little bit of confusion as I have also received a number of emails addressed just to me (Lisa Heller, President, Dog Beach of Hollywood). I need for the emails to go to the City of Hollywood folks (addresses to follow again) and I would like to be included or copied (CC’ed or BCC’ed) on them so I can keep track of how many emails the City people are receiving. Or you can send it to the City and then forward a copy to me, whatever is easiest. I’m not trying to challenge anybody’s technical skills. Someone suggested it’s not a bad idea to just email ALL the commissioners, since at least one is running for Mayor and even if he’s not your commissioner, he’s probably interested in your opinion.

So your email should look something like this:
“To: [email protected] ; [email protected] ; [email protected] ; [email protected] ; [email protected] ; [email protected] ; [email protected] ; [email protected] ; [email protected]

"I am writing to express my support for a legal dog beach in Hollywood. This has been well planned out and deserves to be tried. Dogs are an important part of our community and deserve a small corner where they can freely play. Thank you for your support.”

Please don’t forget to sign with your name and address so that they know you are a resident. You can write your own text or use the above example.
