Dog Beach of Hollywood is a non-profit 501C3 corporation that was formed in September 2006 for the specific purpose of establishing a section of Hollywood Beach where well-behaved dogs and their responsible owners can exercise and enjoy and clean and safe beach environment. The small section of designated beach will be monitored by a park ranger paid for by DBOH. All funds to support DBOH are from donations. No aggressive dogs will be tolerated, and owners must pick up their pet's waste. Dogs must remain within the designated boundaries. DBOH is sensitive to sea turtle nesting areas and educational literature will be available from the park ranger.
